McCalls 6121 - 2 yards
By Hand London - Anna Dress - 3 yards. This was my toile. I made it, wore it, fell in love with it and proceeded to cut out more Anna dresses. (It doesn't look like much on the dress form, but trust me...it's fabulous!)
Victory Patterns - Roxanne - 2.75 yards. This is my toile of this shirt. I've worn it three times, so I think it's a winner. Hopefully, I'll circle back around this month to make a better fitting version as this one is a bit big in the shoulders (and I think I put the sleeves in backward). And the items that took up most of the month of August...my Sew Weekly Challenge Reunion Sewing Along. Shirt - Simplicity 1590 (1940s Retro Reissue) - 2 yards; Skirt - Advance 8623 (1957) - 2 yards.
Thanks to the Sew Weekly Challenge, I finally hacked into one of my precious fabric. A silk twill from Emma One Sock. I am so glad I finally made this. The fabric is amazing as is the tencel twill skirt fabric.
Even though the Anna dress was the most satisfying item to sew, I'm am thrilled with having used one of my "precious fabrics."
Total yards for August: 16.5.
